ReadInk is a small house. We answer every note, and we want every book and deck to live on a shelf where it is loved. If something is wrong, write us. We will make it right.
You have thirty days from the delivery date to request a return. Send us a note at trishkeypublishing@gmail.com with your order number and the reason. We will write back within two business days with a return address and instructions.
Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Books should be unread, decks unbroken from their seal, journals and objects unmarked. We cannot accept returns on items that have been written in, shelved, or visibly handled.
Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility. We recommend a tracked, insured service — ReadInk is not responsible for items lost or damaged on the way back to us.
Once your return arrives and is inspected, we will refund the purchase price of the item to your original payment method within five business days. Original outbound shipping is non-refundable.
If your order arrives damaged, this is on us. Send a photograph of the parcel and the damaged item within seven days of delivery to trishkeypublishing@gmail.com and we will ship a replacement at no cost, or refund in full if the title is sold out. You keep the damaged copy.
Pre-orders may be cancelled, free of charge, at any time before the title ships. If your card was authorised and you cancel, the authorisation is released within seven to ten business days, depending on your bank.
Digital downloads — including any PDF or e-book edition of 28 Days to Publish or other ReadInk titles — are non-refundable once the file has been delivered. If a download fails, write us and we will resend the file.
Duties, taxes, and customs charges are the buyer’s responsibility and are non-refundable. If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable due to refused customs charges, we will refund the item but not the original shipping.
If you bought a book or a deck and something about it does not sit right with you — the binding, the paper, a typo we missed — write to us anyway. We would rather know.
