Everything at ReadInk is made and delivered with care, whether it is a printed book in your hands or a course on your screen. This page explains, simply and completely, how shipping works and how returns and refunds are handled for each kind of item we make.
Every ReadInk book is printed to order, one copy at a time, so it reaches you as a fresh, first quality book made just for you. Because each order is produced individually, please allow:
At checkout you choose your shipping speed, and you will receive tracking as soon as your book ships. Delivery can take a little longer during holidays and peak periods.
These are delivered instantly. Your download and your course access appear right after checkout and in your confirmation email, with no shipping and no waiting.
We want you to love your book. If it is not the right fit, you may return it in new, unused condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We will send you a free prepaid return label, so a return never costs you anything.
And if your book arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you do not even need to send it back. Just email tk@readink.org within 30 days with a photo and we will replace it or refund you right away, at no cost to you. We reply within 3 to 5 business days.
Because digital editions are delivered instantly and cannot be returned once downloaded, all digital sales are final and non refundable. The one exception is a genuine problem on our side: if a file will not download, will not open, or arrives corrupted, contact us within 14 days and we will fix it or refund you in full.
Course access is granted the moment you check out, so enrollments are non refundable once a course has been opened or any lesson has been started. If you have enrolled but not yet opened the course, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will gladly help. If you ever hit a technical snag getting in, reach out any time and we will get you access, that part is always on us.
When a refund is approved, it is returned to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
